Rental Policy

Payment structure

We require a 50% rental deposit. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the start of the rental period for standard weeks, and 60 days before for holiday weeks (e.g. Christmas and New Years). For all houses a fully refundable damage deposit is required.

Refunds and Cancellations

The 50% initial reservation deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% deposit is fully refundable provided that the villa can be rebooked for the same period. Administration costs and rate differences will be deducted.

Check in / Check out

Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am.

House policies

Smoking is not permitted in any of our rentals. Pets are not allowed unless special permission is given. Some houses may have other policies, we will advise of these at the time of booking.

Payment methods

You can either pay via credit card or international wire transfer directly into our bank account. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge when using a credit card.
