Casa Vista Reyes is located in a quiet area overlooking a magnificent  mountain view landscape. This contemporary home, with its vaulted wood paneled ceiling, welcomes the free flowing breeze that naturally rolls in from the surrounding landscape. With a large balcony, almost 30 feet by 23 feet, guests are able to spend much of their time enjoying the tropical surroundings. 

The upstairs master bedroom has its own private balcony, providing an excellent elevated view of the surrounding mountains and Pacific Ocean. The two lower level bedrooms provide separate access to a shared bathroom. One bedroom features two twin beds, perfect for children or extra guests. The other bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, allows a comfortable stay for up to six people in the home.

Both of the lower level bedrooms open up into the large balcony leading to the pool area. Surrounded by a non slip wooden deck with a convenient outdoor shower, this pool looks over the subtle valley hills and mountains in the distance.

The modern living room and kitchen areas are spacious; featuring AC units to cool the rooms or the option of opening the large patio doors to allow the natural air to circulate. The home furnishings are a classic blend of dark wood, bamboo and wicker, providing a distinct Mediterranean appeal.
